Inquiry & form data: name, role (parent / teacher / school leader), email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, school, message, and any other field you submit through our forms (contact, partnership, application, pilot onboarding, newsletter).

Newsletter: email address and language preference if you subscribe.

Communications: emails and replies you exchange with us.

Technical: IP address, browser/user-agent, device type, referring page, language, log timestamps, and basic analytics events used to understand site usage and improve the experience.

Cookies / local storage: a small number of strictly necessary entries to remember your locale preference and to support analytics.
