Apply
Submit your profile, motivation, and a 5-minute sample-demonstration plan as a PDF. An AI rubric does a first-pass score against CCISC's CCE pillars; a senior master trainer then reads every shortlisted application within seven days. The AI never decides — it only flags.
- 2Week 1
Enrol
Selected applicants receive a payment link. Enrolment confirms your seat in the next cohort and unlocks four things at once: the LMS workspace, your peer-review partner, your assigned mentor master trainer, and a private Slack-style channel for the cohort.
- 3Weeks 2–10
Train
Nine weeks of structured study: faith-integrated pedagogy, lesson-design workshops, classroom strategy, formative assessment, and live sessions with master trainers. You'll author and refine three lesson plans of your own and review six from your peers.
- 4Weeks 11–12
Certify
Demonstrate readiness across three gates: attendance (≥80%), course completion (100% of assigned courses), and quiz performance (≥70% pass). A senior master trainer reviews your final demonstration lesson and signs off your certification only when all three gates are green.
